This collection contains domestic and international airline schedules, housed in thirty-eight manuscript boxes and one non-standard box totalling 17.8 linear ft.

The collection is in good condition, and the processing archivist established order.

Collection is in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese.

This artificial collection contains materials related to commercial aviation schedules in the United States as well as international carriers.

Series Description

The Airline Schedule Collection is arranged alphabetically by airline name.

Provenance Statement

The Airline Schedules Collection is an artificial collection composed of materials that were pulled from various collections and orphan collections within the History of Aviation Collection (HAC). Provenance could not be established with certainty. One possible collection could be the Bob Kopitzke Book and Magazine Collection, ACC# 020-80.S

Note to the Researcher

Several schedules were fragile. They were photcopied onto acid-free paper to preserve the information.

The two Lufthansa schedules in Box 37, Folder 2, are very fragile and should not be handled.

Materials Removed List

3.0 linear ft. (three record center boxes) of duplicate materials were de-accessioned and sent to surplus.
