William G. Fuller was the first manager of Meacham Field in Fort Worth, TX. He was appointed to the post in 1927 and remained active in North Texas aviation throughout his life, from being Vice President of Globe Aircraft Company, to the Director of Aviation of Fort Worth and later Grand Prairie. The collection contains archival material collected by him, including personal and business papers and other materials accrued throughout his career in civil and military aviation.

C. V. Glines, Jr. was an internationally renowned aviation authority and historian, and author of thirty-six books and over eight hundred periodical articles. The hallmarks of his writings are his personal experiences in the field of aviation and his personal acquaintance with the subjects or those close to the subjects of his writings, all interwoven with extensive research. An "Honorary Doolittle Raider," Glines was the official historian for the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders.

Howard Otto Precup served both as an instructor and radio operator on more than thirty bombing raids over Southern Europe. His B-24 equipped unit, the 780th Bombardment Squadron (Heavy) of the 465th Bombardment Group (Heavy) of the 55th Bombardment Wing, was assigned to the 15th Air Force.
